Citi Delivers for Dallas Citizens

Each year, thousands of CitiMortgage employees across the globe head out into their communities to help those in need. One of the largest annual events is called Deliver Dallas, a Citi community service project started in 1999 to increase the community's awareness of the Visiting Nurses Association of Texas and the services it provides. The VNA of Texas is a United Way agency that is responsible for the Meals on Wheels program in Dallas County. This year's Deliver Dallas event took place on June 9, with more than 900 employees coming together at the Regent Campus in Irving for some fun and fellowship before driving off to deliver more than 1,800 meals to Dallas County homebound citizens.

Below is a brief account of the event from CitiMortgage employee Susie Shatzsall.

What an incredible day! This was my second year participating on the planning committee, though I have been involved in Deliver Dallas as a driver and in other capacities since it started in 1999. Each year I witness the true giving spirit of my Citi co-workers who come together for a day of hard work and fun, while bringing smiles to the clients they serve that day, which is what keeps me coming back year after year!

The day started with a 6 a.m. setup and the delivery of hundreds of meal-packed coolers and route maps. As the volunteer drivers and their teams lined their cars up in anticipation of the official waving of the flag to set them on their way, they reacquainted with co-workers and danced to the energetic music of the DJ. I couldn't believe how much fun they were having so early in the morning! We also had a number of people on hand to thank the volunteers for all their hard work and then they were off!

As the drivers spent the afternoon delivering meals, I stayed back with other volunteers to prepare for the return of the teams and the coordination of the coolers back to the VNA. As the volunteers returned from their deliveries, their smiles were bigger then ever and they too were thankful for the opportunity to make an impact on their community.

I am fortunate to have a great job with Citi (and actually just celebrated my 20th anniversary) and it's important to me that I give back - the Deliver Dallas event is a perfect opportunity for me to make a difference.

I would like to find out some information about the houses in foreclosure with CitiMortgage. Is there a person to contact?

Thanks for the question Ruth. For a listing of available CitiMortgage-owned properties, go to www.citimortgage.com, then scroll down to the lower mid portion of the screen and click on “Properties Available for Sale.” (Direct link: https://www.citimortgage.com/Mortgage/Oreo/SearchListing.do) This gives you a search engine by city, county, etc. to find properties.

Also, just a note: If Citi Mortgage did not own the loan, and was servicing it for an investor, it is likely we no longer have control of the property. Accordingly, we may not be the party that lists it for sale.

I have searched everywhere for a way to contact you about my mortgage. This is the closest thing I have found. Can you PLEASE point me to a place where I can send Cuti a message?

Hi Rocky. Sorry you have had a hard time. Since I’m not sure what your specific question is about, my best recommendation is to go to the Contact Us page on citimortgage.com (https://www.citimortgage.com/Mortgage/Home.do?page=contactus&td=id191329031). If you don’t see what you’re looking for there, please feel free to comment again with some additional detail and we will get you to the right place. Also, if you're looking to send an e-mail specifically, you can do so securely after logging into your account online and clicking contact us at the top of the page.
