Those of you who visit citimortgage.com to research home financing options or self-service your accounts may have noticed some changes over the past several months. I've asked Maria Juric, Contact Strategy Manager, to highlight some of the major features of our site enhancements. For some of the enhancements made to our Servicing platform, go to Citimortgage.com Takes Online Servicing To The Next Level.

In the market for a new home mortgage or refinance?

Many of us visit multiple mortgage lender websites to compare rates and product options. When you visit citimortgage.com today, you can compare side-by-side rate and payment options for our most popular products and terms. From here you can select the scenario you like and start down the path to a new mortgage in minutes. If you prefer to talk to a Mortgage Consultant, we've added a new feature giving you the flexibility to select the time of day you wish to be contacted.

My 1st mtg with B.A. was permanently modified under the HAMP program . My 2nd mtg is with Citi Mtg. Under HAMP, when the 1st mtg is modified, the servicer of the 2nd mtg is supposed to match the 1st mtg that was modified with the second mtg and automatically qualify the for the program. However, Citi Mtg said they can't find a match in the LPS system and so they keep wanting to enroll me in one of Citi Mtgs"in house Mod." Can you please contact your reps and educate them on the 2MP HAMP program?

I refinanced my 1st mortgage via HAMP and my 2nd mortgage qualifies, and meets ALL the criteria to be refinanced via the 2MP program. Yet whenever I call to begin the process every agent I speak to says "That's another department I'll transfer you" and then that person says the same thing and transfers me back to the previous department, or I am disconnected. Why the run around?? It's as if no one REALLY wants to help me.

Why do you only show refinance rates for California? These are not applicable to me as I live in Illinois. Calling is useless - the mortgage rep is rarely in. I thought your web site would be useful, but it is not.

Sure thing Maggie. If you’ve already registered on our web site, all you have to do is log in to your account on citimortgage.com, click on the Contact Us link, click on the Send an Email link and the E-mail Us page will display. That will send a secure e-mail into our team.

If you haven’t yet registered, you can do so by going to citimortgage.com and clicking on the Enroll Now link on the left-hand side of the page. Then just fill in a few simple pieces of information to complete the registration. Once you’re registered, follow the steps above.
