Nearly 250 Citi St. Louis volunteers put in more than 1,800 hours to build a Habitat for Humanity House for a local family in need. Employees began the build on July 9 and dedicated the house on November 20. In addition, Citi volunteers provided financial education for the Habitat family earlier in the year.

I am interested in a property you have listed for sale. Is there any benefit to obtaining financing through Citi? Such as no closing costs or fees? Please let me know. Thank you!

Thank you for contacting us about one of our REO properties. Financing for our REO properties is available through Nationstar Mortgage. Nationstar Mortgage has a staff of loan officers, processors, underwriters and closers dedicated to the Citi team. Their staff has a history of handling loans for REO properties and understands the importance of meeting critical timelines. In an effort to decrease mortgage fallouts and delays, Citi will now require buyers that make an offer that is subject to financing to complete a pre-approval loan application with Nationstar Mortgage. Buyers are required to call 888-820-0168 for pre-approval, information on loan products and other lender related questions.
