Just spoke with my parents regarding their 'CitiMortgage' loan. My father is on disability and has been unable to work for nearly a decade now. His check comes in on the 27th, and they pay their bill through the site as soon as it's cleared. Unfortunately their mortgage payment is due on the 1st, and the site registered payment usually clears a day or two after the 1st. Because of the falling of the payments, CitiMortgage is charging my parents a monthly penalty around $50 to $60 per month! They have done this to my parents for the last 7 years! My parents spoke with CitiMortgage and tried to work with them to have the date move to the 5th, or have one payment added to the end of the note, but CitiMortgage would NOT work with them, nor help them, despite my father's disability! Taking advantage of the disabled is beyond low, especially for a company that was recently bailed out by taxpayer money. Your company disgusts me.
