For a listing of available CitiMortgage-owned properties and agent contact information, please go to www.citimortgage.com and select the CitiMortgage Properties for Sale link. This will redirect you to our search engine where you can find properties we have available. Below is the direct link to that search engine in case you would like to just copy and paste the link into the address field in your browser.

Please keep in mind that if CitiMortgage did not own the loan and was just servicing it for an investor, that we may no longer have control of the property. Accordingly, we would not be the party listing the property for sale.

It would have been nice for CitiMortgage to notify us about this. I had no idea this was going on and would have liked to have gotten some advice about my mortgage situation.
