        <![CDATA[<p>I just waited over an hour on hold to try to get in HARP program. Was told it wasn't available to me even though I qualify through Fannie. I was given no reason why I didn’t qualify and when asked for details about the program was told he didn't have any details about Citi’s use of the HARP program. I asked to speak with somebody who could explain the program and what a surprise there was no manager available at this time. Gentleman then said he had located a manager and was transferring me, it was a voicemail box! I am outraged at the minimal amount of information and the lack of customer service provided. I am contacting my congressman. </p>]]>

        <![CDATA[<p>I received a call from citi after an application online and they put on hold for 15 minutes after the lady came back and told me that she couldn't get any mortgage consultant on the phone and they will call me again. I took on myself to follow on my application by giving citi's HARP program a call. This time I will be on hold for 58 minutes and I had to hang up. I believe that Citi can do better than that. I need to know how to finish up my application. Thx for nay help.</p>]]>

        <![CDATA[<p>I spoke to Citi CSR about HARP refi on my Freddie Mac/Citi serviced underwater 1st mortgage loan. I was told I do not qualify for a HARP refi because I had already refied under the HARP. This is not true. My loan was modifed after a horrible experience with Citi and the HAMP program. Citi put me on trial payments for four months then told me I was not qualified for the HAMP. The trial payments put my mort in arrears since they were less than the regular payments. Citi tacked the arrearage on to the end of the loan and reamortized. This was not a HARP modification. So why am I being told that I do not qualify for the new HARP????? </p>]]>

        <![CDATA[<p>I have been approved for HARP refinance but have problem with HUD statement and settlement charges.  I understand Citimortgage is "supposed" to pay settlement charges but HUD statement shows those charges as being "rolled in" to mortgage amount.  I can get nothing in writing that shows that is not case. Sorry don't want to take anyone's word - want something in writing and can't get it.</p>]]>

        <![CDATA[<p>Trying to refinance our current Citi loan using HARP, was told we qualify, then was told we had to have a private road maintenance agreement (which Fannie Mae does NOT require in California). I cannot force my neighbors to enter into said agreement - So we lose the loan - how unfair is that!  Also cannot get a copy of the appraisal, after numerous attempts!  very frustrated!!!  All we want are lower payments so we can keep our home - never been late, never missed one so far</p>]]>

CitiMortgage: We can't tell you why you didn't qualify. Our system just tells me that you are not eligible. I have no other details.... I can submit to the "research department".</p>

<p>Why does this seem like one big joke? You all really should stop messing with people - especially when it comes to their home / families.</p>]]>

I am now looking to other loan servicers who DO know about the HARP program. I would like to keep the loan at Citimortgage, but how much confidence can you put in a co, that does not know anything about a new national product that is supposed to assist their own clients. I don't qualify for HAMP and I've never been late on my mortgage, but i'm completely underwater and my home is backed by Freddiemac. I meet the requirements but no one knows nothing here. </p>]]>

        <![CDATA[<p>I just got off the phone with a "mortgage consultant" (falsely optimistic with the new HARP programs).  and got offered virtually the same rate for a new 30 years mortgatge, versus the 23 years I have left  my current mortage. ?!?!? That makes home Affordable HOW??? What a disgrace to the program. Prime money is ALOT cheaper now than it was 7 years ago.and I've never missed a payment.  But somehow CITI won't help a client. I understand completely why people walk away from homes with banks like CITI still in business. </p>]]>

        <![CDATA[<p>CitiMortgage is now advertising about the HARP program on their website. I filled in the initial app and I actually received a call the next day. I didn't get to talk to the CSR at that time, but the voicemail indicated that I needed to call back and give the reference number. I called the next business day to discuss. First the CSR told me I didn't qualify and I had the option of paying the difference in LTV (about 25000). If I had that type of money, why would I be calling these people?  When she double-checked whether I was qualified she then told me that they aren't offering  HARP until the first of the year. What I don't get is why advertised that you now have this program, but is not being offered.  I will call in January to see what will be the next excuse.</p>]]>

We have tried to get Citi to refinance or help with Harp and was told that we should FAIL to make our mortgage payments for a couple of months.  Is that insane?  We don't want to ruin our credit and we don't want foreclosure, but without a little help we will end up letting Citi have this home.  We can't use the Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac programs, so where can we turn?  Does Citi offer any help?<br />

Again, I have tried to get someone from Citimortgage to work on this however I continue to get the run around. I'm constantly told that Citimortgage is not participating in the program.         <![CDATA[<p>I called today regarding the HARP program and the representative said that the HARP program is not in affect yet. Is Citimortgage participating in this program?  I do know that the program was extended until June 2012. I am a Nevada resident and my home is not underwater and I meet all the other requirements for the HARP program. Thanks.</p>]]>

<p>Lien Release correspondence can be faxed to 866-989-2091.  When faxing correspondence, it is critical that the following information is included to ensure proper account identification:</p>

<p>- Account Number<br />
- Full Name on Account<br />
- Property Address </p>

<p>Please include any other pertinent information pertaining to the account, such as payoff date or title information if applicable. </p>]]>
