Citi Road To Recovery Series

April 21, 2011 by carolyn marshall, CitiMortgage

Category: CitiMortgage,Foreclosure

Citi, in conjunction with local non-profit organizations, will be hosting free homeowner assistance events for distressed homeowners in major cities* across America, including:

Baltimore - April 30

Cleveland - May 9

Atlanta - May 16

Phoenix - May 19

Los Angeles - May 24

Las Vegas - May 26

Miami - June 1

Detroit - June 7

TBD - June 10

CitiMortgage client assistance representatives will consult with homeowners having difficulty making their mortgage payments or facing potential foreclosure to determine what solutions may be open to them. Homeowners whose loans are serviced by other mortgage companies will be able to consult with non-profit homeowner counseling partner organizations at each location. Additionally, educational presentations will be featured throughout the events on a variety of topics, including: how the mortgage modification process works; the various assistance programs available to borrowers; and potential alternatives to foreclosure when the homeowner is no longer able or does not wish to remain in the home.

There is no cost to attend the event and take-away educational materials for distressed homeowners will also be available free of charge.

*Dates and locations subject to change - please check back for updates.

I would like to know why citimortgage sold my home while I was on a forbearance plan. Now I'm getting the run around. Are you here to help or not? I was told the sale would be resended, but how long does it take you to resend a sale that was not supposed to happen? I don't think you want to help.

You need to schedule one of these in Dallas, TX. I am having all sorts of issues with your company's HAMP process that I cannot get resolved.

I'm sorry that you are having trouble getting the answers you need. I have sent your information to someone that can help you now, and will definitely pass along your note to the group coordinating the locations for Citi's Road to Recovery series in hope that we can get something scheduled in the Dallas area in the future.
