I am interested in a property that is in the foreclosure process. The owner has not made a payment since July 2011 and spoke to us about doing a short sale. Since then, I belive it went for public auction on the courthouse steps. I am unsure if it sold. It would be wonderful if someone could contact me. Thank you.

I'm interested in purchasing a single family home that is owned by Citimortgage located in Sangamon County, Illinois. This home is yet to be listed on any of your websites- yet it was foreclosed on in February 2010 and no one has lived there prior to that date. Please contact me as soon as you can, I'm very interested. Thank You.

Thank you for contacting us. I forwarded your inquiry to our REO department and asked that they contact you directly. Please keep in mind that if CitiMortgage does not own the loan, and was just servicing it for an investor, that we may not be the party listing the property for sale. Thank you for your interest.

I am interested in a property which is entering foreclosure and scheduled to appear at a sheriff sale in Bergen county, NJ. The plantiff is listed as Citimortgage Inc.. Does this mean the property is owned by Citi already? The listing agent hasn't been very helpful. Is there someone I can speak with at the bank that can help me with the process of making an offer on this property?

Thank you for your inquiry; I've forwarded it to someone who can assist you. It is possible that CitiMortgage does not own the loan, and is just servicing it for an investor.

I am having a problem similar to Luke's. We we actually in contract and scheduled to close on a foreclosed home on the 22nd of this month, but the contract was abruptly cancelled due to title issues. I am aware that CitiMortgage owns the home, and would be interested in making a direct cash offer for the property. I am having trouble finding a contact at Citi to help me with this. Would you be able to put me in contact with someone? Thank you!

Lindsey, I have forwarded your inquiry to our REO team and asked that someone contact you directly. In the meantime, you can find a listing of available CitiMortgage-owned properties and agent contact information on our website (www.citimortgage.com) by selecting the CitiMortgage Properties for Sale link. This will redirect you to our search engine where you can find properties we have available. Below is the direct link to that search engine in case you would like to just copy and paste the link into the address field in your browser.
