I can not believe that you are now adding a service charge to online bill paying. You make so much money now its unbelievable.

Thank you for your post. I appreciate your frustration. Service fees are something I like to avoid myself. Did you know that you can avoid the online payment service charge if you make your payment no more than 9 days after your payment due date? The nominal service charge for online payments is not assessed until the 10th after your payment due date. Another option is EZ Pay, which is a reoccurring ACH draft made from the account of your choice. EZ Pay allows you to set up reoccuring automatic drafts for your mortgage payment. The same service charge structure applies to EZPay, so you'll want to set up your reoccuring payment no later than 9 days from your due date to avoid that service charge.

You can make online payments and sign up for the EZ Pay Program by visiting our web site at www.Citimortgage.com. As always, you can also mail your payment using the instructions provided on your payment coupon which is attached to your monthly statement.
