My husband and I have been trying to work with Loss Mitigation since October of last year -- we have submitted the requested information repeatedly and have had the file closed on us at least 4 times with no one knowing who or why. Can someone help us before you take our home, please and thank you.

Is this just some more PR stuff from citimortgage? I lost my job in October 2009 when my company moved to Mexico. I have not been able to get any assistance, although citimortgage did attempt to lure me into foreclosure status with a forbearance program. All I want is to have my loan modified through the tax payer funded mortgage modification programs so I can make my payments on time and keep account current. Citimortgage, how about some real assistance and not just a lot of lip service.
