What you can expect ...

CitiMortgage client assistance representatives will be available to consult with homeowners having difficulty making their mortgage payments or facing potential foreclosure to determine what solutions may be open to them. Homeowners whose loans are serviced by other mortgage companies will be able to consult with counselors from Los Angeles Neighborhood Housing Services on the same topics. Educational presentations will be featured throughout the event on topics including: how the mortgage modification process works; the various assistance programs available to borrowers; and potential alternatives to foreclosure when the homeowner is no longer able or does not wish to remain in the home. After the visit to Los Angeles, the Citi Road to Recovery team will set out for Las Vegas. The Las Vegas event will be held on Thursday, May 26 in conjunction with the Consumer Credit Counseling Service.
