I am requesting assistance. I applied for a home mortgage through USAA. When they ran my credit they found that the record shows that although I am in good standing with Citimortgage from a loan paid off in 2009, it shows that I have 'disputes' with you. This is not true. Please look at the account records. I sent a fax to the credit dispute department, asking them to look into this matter as well but have not had a reply. Thank you.
