I am interested in a property that Citibank owns via foreclosure. I have contacted the real estate agent and the property has gone to auction. However the first auction was closed and another will begin 10/11. It is a cash only auction and I do not have the cash for this property. The property is 8061 Hana Highway in Haiku, HI. I would be willing to buy the property at the last listed amount of $669,000 if Citibank is willing to finance the property, otherwise I will need to wait until February 2011 to obtain bank financing. It seems that Citibank is having problems selling this property as it needs a lot of work. I am willing to buy it, but no one in Citibank land will probably read this and follow-up timely in an effort to minimize the bank's exposure on this property.
