        <![CDATA[<p>I have a huge problem with this...Citi is trying to help all these folks who have various issues with their mortgages, yet it will not refinance an 11 year Citi employee, who was sold a 10 year interest only loan, who simply wants to convert it to a fixed interest product. Citi had no problem selling me the original loan, so why won't it let me take advantage of the current interest rates? Is it my fault I can afford to make my payments? Is it my fault I cannot produce some sort of hardship that would qualify me for assistance? So what if the value of the house is well below the market value. Why can't Citi do what is right???????? </p>]]>
