I recently tried to apply for a refinance on a mortgage you have held for eight years. To say it was a disgrace and a shame the way I was treated is putting it mildly. I was given the run-around, put through all kinds of changes, asked for ridiculous amounts of money to pay ALL costs - in other words treated like I had no business coming to you to ask for a refinance.

I have recently retired from the Postal Service after almost 25 years, will have a fairly decent income in retirement, credit is good, no credit card debt, and the ONLY debt I have have is the balance of less than $XXX on my mortgage and about $XXX to the postal credit union; yet I can't get a refinance with you.

Based on my payment history with you I should have been able to get refinanced with no problem - just you rewriting the terms of the loan. Please be sure Mr. Sanjiv Das sees this email and any other of your big wigs. It is precisely because of business practices like yours that this country's housing industry is in the mess it is now.

Your only concern is profit and money in your pockets. Greed. I will be letting the President know what I have experienced with your company.

Thanks for nothing. Yours truly, Elaine S Hill
