Road to Recovery Tour Update

In September, the second phase of our Road to Recovery Tour was launched to several cities nationwide. The events provide private one-on-one counseling to distressed homeowners in their home cities. As a part of the second phase, we have visited eleven cities and have three final events scheduled in November.

The upcoming Road to Recovery event locations and dates are provided below. If you need assistance and are in one of these cities, I encourage you to visit the Road to Recovery Tour website for event details and come out to speak with one of our foreclosure prevention experts.

·         Houston, TX November 15

·         St. Louis, MO November 17

·         Washington, DC November 30

If you are a Citi customer that needs assistance, but are not in one of the cities we are visiting, please contact our Homeowner Support team at 1-866-272-4749.

Since 2007, Citi has helped more than 1.1 homeowners to avoid foreclosure through loan modifications, short sales, deed-in-lieu program, extensions, and repayment plans. Helping homeowners in need continues to be a fundamental priority for Citi.
