Looking for your Form 1098 Year End Statement?

February 20, 2012 by carolyn marshall, CitiMortgage

Category: Citi Mortgage,CitiMortgage,Statements

CitiMortgage customers who paid interest on their mortgage loan during the 2011 tax year should have received a year-end statement, also known as IRS Form 1098 Mortgage Interest Statement, in their Mortgage Account Statement or in a separate mailing by January 31.

Customers who have registered for online account maintenance may also access their year end statement and information from the CitiMortgage website. Here's how:

1.    Login to your account from the CitiMortgage website.

3.       From the Statements page, select the link for the "2011-Form 1098 (PDF)" from the center of the screen (illustrated below).

IMPORTANT: To download the file, you must use a left mouse click over the link. A right mouse click will not work.

I am trying to refinance, and have called to respond to a letter I recieved with an offer and reference code that is good until March 1st, but after being on hold for over 45 minutes (my phone went dead). Is there another number I can call to get to speak to someone?

I would like to access my home equity line of credit account and statements. I don't see to provide correct information to log in. The reply was wrong account information.

Tommy, I've forwarded your inquiry to someone that can assist you with obtaining that information. I am not aware of any technical issues with our site at this time, so I'm not certain why you encountered that error. Someone will be in touch with you soon.

I wonder if CitiMortgage has already sent out the other form 1099 which is Interest Income statement to customers as I haven't received it in the mail.

Yes, the forms were mailed out earlier this year. If you haven't received it, we may have an incorrect address on file. I want to get you the answers you need, so I asked our Customer Service manager to contact you directly.
